Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Paddle abuse or contact with objects other than a pickleball
- Modifications to the paddle
You must be the original purchaser from our volair.com online store to claim the warranty.
To file a warranty claim:
- Email support@volair.com with your order number.
- Include a detailed description of the issue, along with photos and/or videos.
- Our team will review your claim and follow up with next steps.
