It's been 14 days since I ordered my paddle and it just arrived. I am looking forward to using it tomorrow. When I was on the website trying to order the paddle, it wouldn't complete the process. I contacted support and they advised me to clear my cache. Not knowing how that would help me complete my purchase, I did it anyway. As this process somewhat progressed, I was charged seven times and then credited seven times. No follow up from support as I contacted them several times about what was going on. I attempted to try again later that evening and it seemed to work as it should. So I completed the sale and was offered free shipping that said it would take 3-5 business days. I waited, followed the tracking number but progress was slow. It reached the local UPS station and sat there for several days and then posted that USPS would complete the delivery. I ordered the paddle on November 2 and it was finally delivered on November 13 about 4pm. I am anxious to use the paddle, have been for a couple of weeks. Hopefully, I will be on the court tomorrow to see how it performs.
