          I had designed the perfect pickleball paddle for me in my head, and when I saw the specs on this paddle, I knew it was everything I was looking for. My prior favorites were the Joola Colin Johns Scorpeus and the Six Zero Double Black Diamond. This is a widebody design, wide sweet spot, low swingweight, high pop speed, and high spin. The spin to speed ratio is the best of any paddle I’ve tried. I am a 4.0 player that emphasizes the 3rd shot drop to get to the kitchen to win points. This paddle excels at the soft game and defense but has plenty of pop for speedups at the kitchen. The sweet spot is wide and closer to your hand than most elongated or hybrid designs. This has given me a one hand backhand roll and drive that ends points. It is a shot I don’t have with an elongated paddle which is too long and slow for me to execute it well. Overall, I play a noticeably higher level with this paddle.

          The first is for customer service and the purchasing process. I ordered my M2F 14mm online Thursday night and received it Monday morning. Ordering was simple and when it arrived… what a treat. The box with all the extra goodies (paddle cover, extra different color grip and grip band, carbon eraser) added so much value to the purchase. Then to my surprise I received a Volair water bottle a few days later. The whole thing was first class!

          The second thumb up is for the paddle. The low swing weight and small grip has allowed me to beef it up exactly to my liking. It is so fast in the hand and the sweet spot is enormous. The feel, touch and spin are the best I’ve ever experienced. This paddle is the answer to beating bangers, and everyone else!

          I think more lower-level players should be playing with standard or wide-body shaped paddles. This Mach 2 Forza has a lot going for it. The wide body provides a huge sweet spot with a high twist weight for stability. The longer handle offers more leverage and with it, power. The low swing weight means better maneuverability at the net. Oh, and there is also amazing spin. Hmm, that actually sounds like good stuff most of us could use!

          100% This is the best all court paddle I used! I have both the 14mm and 16mm. I enjoy playing with them both.

          Start with 16mm - This has the power and control that everyone needs. It has enough pop for fire fights at the kitchen. Regardless of the slight pop, I can still reset well with this paddle very well. This will give you a lot of confident driving and dropping. Dinks are great. I can talk about this paddle all day.

          Then the 14mm - POWER AND POP!!!! I notice this instantly after a first few hits and return. After my first game, I notice this paddle still have very great control, even for a 14mm. The feedback is very crisp which I like. Driving with this paddle is insane. It just like to dip very hard due to the spin rate it generates. I enjoy playing singles and doubles with this paddle. Especially my singles matches. This is a fun paddle. Great price too after using discount code (Alpha10). Check it out! If I can give more than 5 stars for these paddles I would. Great job Volair!

          Have used the paddle in approx 20 matches. Paddle is very responsive, lighter and more power then my double diamond zero six. Definitely improvement.

          Shipping and customer service follow up is terrible.

          No options for shipping other than USPS which is horrible. My paddle has not moved from the San Francisco USPS since 12/7 and the tracking info has not been updated since 12/11. So 10 days in SF and it hasn’t moved. I emailed Volair saying I think it’s lost and both times they told me me not to worry and another 5 days go by and it doesn’t move. I’ve also ordered the Joola TA-15 and received it in 6 days. Gonna just return this Volair🫤

          Just as good as the Mach 2!

          I have played the Mach 2 Forza 16mm for 4 months, and then bought this Mach 1 Forza (also 16mm) during their Black Friday sale. I can honestly say that it plays just as good as the Mach 2, including with the amount of spin ( I think you would really need a tech machine to tell that the amount of spin from the Mach2 is more).
          The Mach1 Forza shape poses really no different in feeling as this was the first shape (hybrid) that I played with my previous paddle (non-Volair paddle). The sweet spot felt the same for me. I will update the review after more time as I have only played with the Mach1 Forza a couple of weeks.

          As always, their packaging was awesome as it makes you feel like its a great product (which I believe it is)!
