I love my bag but it started to tear at the seam where the strap meets the bag. I wrote customer service with my order number who quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new bag. Absolutely fantastic customer service experience and now a customer for life.

Went from a pickleball backpack to this bag and it was a great move! I regularly carry around 4-6 paddles and there’s plenty of room for that. I’ve also carried two pairs of shoes with no problems. Plenty of pockets for miscellaneous items and valuables. Also really like the material. Seems like it will be easy to wipe clean.
