Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

This giveaway is sponsored by Volair Pickleball (“Sponsor”).

The Walt Disney Company LTD IS NOT A SPONSOR OF THIS PROMOTION AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS EXECUTION OR ADMINISTRATION.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on August 18th, 2026 and ends on August 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. The winner will be announced on August 21st, 2026. Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements outlined in the applicable Instagram giveaway post, which may include:

  • Following the Sponsor’s Instagram account

  • Liking the giveaway post

  • Leaving a comment on the post

  • Sharing the post to Instagram Stories 

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post. Use of multiple accounts, automated systems, or fraudulent methods to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Prize

The prize(s) will be described in the official giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official Sponsor account within one day of the giveaway ending. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Shipping

Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the United States unless otherwise specified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen shipments.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants understand they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
